Sometimes we have products that we don't actually want everyone to buy (or even see for that matter)

What is Availability?

Availability impacts two factors:

(1) Adding a product to an order

If a product is not available to a specific customer, it means that only Admin users or those with the "Order hidden products" permission can assign it to an order.

(2) Visibility on the B2B Portal

If a product is not available to a specific customer then it will not appear on the B2B Portal when they log in.

Setting Availability

Availability can be set from

(1) Product tab

Select the product where you want to adjust availability, click on the Availibilty tab, and adjust as needed.

(2) Customer tab

Select the customer where you want to adjust availability, click on the Products tab, and adjust via the "Visibility" column. Hidden = not available, Visible = available.
