Customize the View
Head to Supplier Settings and choose the B2B Portal to set up your account. Customize the branding images and text that's displayed on the page and request a custom domain.
Product Details
The product details will display here including the description, the products tags that are set to "Display on B2B portal" as well as any Tier Prices and Trade Deals that you have created for that product.
Invite Users
Not all customers need to be invited to the B2B Portal and it's as simple as heading to the Customer tab, clicking on "Send Invite".
Any Contact assigned to an Invited Customer will be able to log into the B2B Portal by inputting their email in the B2B Portal login and a sign in email will be automatically sent.
Onboarding New Customers
In addition to sending an invite for an existing customer, there are three ways new customers can get access to the B2B Portal
(1) Sending an Onboarding Link from the Add New Customer button on the Customer Tab
(2) Send an Onboarding Link to a Target Account from the CRM
(3) Prospects self-requesting an account from the Register Now button the B2B Portal
