Creating a Quote
Start by creating an Order like any other, but at the Overview Page change the Order Type to "Quote"
Sending a Quote
2 ways: Directly from the Overview or Copy and Paste the link
You can send the quote directly from the system via SMS, WhatsApp, or email and include a note to the customer / prospect that will be displayed.
To copy and paste the link, Submit the quote from the Overview page and then go into the single order view from your Order History
What does the Customer See?
It depends on whether or not they're logged in as a B2B Portal customer.
(1) If they're not logged in
When they click on the link in the email or message, it will direct them to an anonymous URL that's mobile-optimised.
(2) If they are logged in
It will show up in their order history as a quote.
