A good plan is the foundation of consistent sales success. This section shows you how to structure your to-dos and build a clear journey plan in OrderEZ, so your daily activity is intentional, focused, and tied to real outcomes.

To Dos - The Backbone of Sales Success

Not having a plan isn't an option, and OrderEZ makes it super simple to create To Dos and plan them out throughout the week.

Customers can be Targets or existing Customers and adding them here means they're automatically logged against the customer.

What Can I Do With a To Do?

From the To Do, on mobile or desktop, you can Add an Activity, Complete the To Do, Add an Expense, or Send an Account Onboarding Link (for Target Accounts).

Completing a To-Do

When you "Complete a To-Do" if you add a Note it will automatically add it to the Team Acitivty List.

If you "Add Activity," it will keep the To Do alive so you can revisit it later. Think "I called on the Bar, but Steve wasn't there"

Available on the Mobile Apps

Click on Activity -> Click "+" and choose To Do.
