How to Log Your Notes
Two ways to log an activity: (1) From your To Do; (2) Directly from Team Activities.
From the To Do
If you "Complete To Do" - it will remove the To Do
Directly from Team Activity
You can add a note to a Customer card without a To Do by clicking on Add Team Activity.
