First things first, you can switch back and forth between devices and all the data is saved and you never have to "commit" to one version only. Somedays you'll be at your desk, some you'll be running around and we'd recommend getting comfortable with both the Web App and iOS / Android App versions.

Web App - aka "Browser"

This is the only option on your computer, but if you go to https://app.orderez.co/ on any device this is the experience that's going to give you every feature we have. Depending on your device size it's going to change how information is displayed and on smaller devices it is NOT recommended (use the native iOS or Android apps).

Native iOS and Android - aka "Apps"

These version don't have ALL the features that the Browser has but nearly all of the features you'll need as a Sales Rep are available on the Apps and if they're not right now, they will be soon. We release on Browser first and then the Apps get updated.

* Sending Quotes is being developed in February 2026 and will launch soon

** Creating Customers is on the roadmap, however we don't have a specific date yet. There is an easy workaround, you can send the "Onboarding link" to yourself and fill it out (it's mobile optimized) from your tablet or phone.

Tablets - Choose your own adventure

The Apps will work on the tablet and depending on the size of your tablet it might make more sense. On an iPad mini, the App is probably better, but on a full-size Tablet then the Browswer in landscape (turned the long way) mode is going to feel just like the desktop. Ultimately it's up to you and there's nothing stopping you from having both on your device and jumping back and forth.
