We're back! (yes, it's been since April)
Turns out we're a lot better at shipping product than we are at shipping release notes about it. Sorry for going quiet, here's everything that's landed since our last update.
Mobile App Updates (iOS & Android)
A handful of upgrades for the app:
Copy and send quotation links directly from the app
Add a delivery date when creating a sales order
Draft orders now show up in Order History
Re-order button, start a new order with the same items for the same customer
Customer Tags on Order Overview
Customer tags now show up on the Order History single order page, for Orders and Quotes, and in the Order History CSV export, so you can see who you're dealing with wherever you're looking at an order.
Contract Dates & Attachments
You can now add a contract date for a customer and upload/attach the actual contract file, so everything lives in one place. See it in the Customer tab and it's included in the Customer CSV export.
Full Product Names on Hover
Long product names getting cut off? Hover over the product name in Product Group, Warehouse, or Unit views to see the full name.
Performance & Speed
Ongoing behind-the-scenes work to keep things fast, no single big feature here, just steady improvements and we're always shipping improvements here.
Credit Note Statuses
Credit notes now have three statuses — Draft, Credited, and Cancelled — so you can track exactly where each one stands.
Archiving & Unarchiving Products
You can now archive and unarchive products. Discontinued something but might bring it back later? Archive it, then un-archive whenever you need it again — no history lost either way.
