We've built sales-aware inventory management to provide important, accurate, and real-time insights for all of your products. With each order, inventory movement, edit, or change, our inventory history keeps an up-to-date log of any changes. You can edit batch details for every inventory addition within our product inventory overview if you realize you've made an error at setup. And lastly, we let you set a par level for every product and in each warehouse, notifying you when stock levels dip below your pre-set level.

Inventory History

The inventory History tab keeps track of all your product’s stock changes. Each stock change will be shown in the history log below. You have a toggle option to turn off inventory tracking for the product if desired.

There are 7 action items that affect the product's stock.

Inventory Added: Inventory was added via the Manage Products workflow.

Inventory Removed: Inventory was removed via the Manage Products workflow.

Transfer: Inventory transferred between two warehouses.

Stocktake: Inventory was adjusted based on the stocktake workflow.

CSV Update: Inventory was updated via CSV uploads.

Order Processed: Inventory was added or removed based on order processing. (There is a red minus for inventory deducted due to an order processing, and a green plus if there are any cancelled or edited order quantities that would reduce the items number of items sold.

Inventory Edit: Any inventory edits made via the Inventory Overview tab within a product. For example, an edit to the COGS of an inventory addition.

We track the date stock changes, the user who performed the action, which warehouse the stock change is related to, and the batch ID of the stock. A reference is displayed for clarity, as well as the inventory's COGS, the adjustment of stock, and your final stock post-adjustment.

You're able to filter this inventory history for specific actions and warehouses, as well as via our date filtering option.

The Export CSV button at the top allows you to generate an excel CSV featuring all this information. (Up to one month of data)

Inventory Overview

The inventory overview tab keeps track of every inventory addition. From here, you can see all the different inventory logs and when they were created, which warehouse they correspond to, their location in the warehouse, batch ID and expiry date (if applicable), the assigned cost of goods sold, and the current stock of that inventory addition.

The edit feature allows you to modify batch ID, expiry date, and the cost of goods sold for specific inventory additions.

Inventory Par Level

Wouldn't it be wonderful to know when you're running out of stock in your fulfilment or bonded warehouses? With our inventory par level features, you can see an indicator if product levels dip below par level, notifying you it's time to transfer between warehouses or order some more.

When a product reaches its par level, an indicator via your product catalog will show you it's time to check in on the inventory levels.
