Why Can't I Add Some Products to My Order, Even Though They Already Exist in My Database?

Location Control can only be amended in Administrator mode.

When products already exist in your database but you are unable to view them on your ordering page, there could be several reasons why:

  1. The location(s) do not have access to the listed supplier

    In your My Supplier page, click on the green location control icon to select the location(s) to be granted access to the listed supplier.


2. The location(s) do not have access to the listed product

In your My Product page, click on the green location control icon to select the location(s) to be granted access to the listed product.
