We're in the last stretch of the year here, and are still working hard to improve your OrderEZ experience with some new features and improvements. For our December release, we've redesigned the invoice & delivery order based on a lot of your feedback. And also, we've created some more user & notification permissions, added Xero Invoice #s to the order page, added in selection of which date format to use, and adjusted UI responsiveness across the board.

⚠️⚠️⚠️ Reminder to our Singapore Customers ⚠️⚠️⚠️

The GST rate will increase to 8% on January 1, 2023. We'll remind you again ahead of time, but we will want to change the tax rate in supplier settings to reflect the rate increase.

To do so, you can find the Applicable Tax Rate setting under Payment Information in Supplier Settings.

We've redesigned our native invoice and delivery order to better present the information in a seamless document, with an improvement on readability, aesthetics, and format.

We've included a toggle in the supplier settings to display the word "tax" as part of the invoice header. Navigate to Payment Information within your Supplier Settings and you'll find the toggle at the bottom of the menu.

Sales User Product/Ordering Permission

We've introduced a new user permission setting to streamline the role of a sales rep. By default, if products are hidden to a specific outlet, sales users will no longer be able to see those products, nor add them to the order. This permission let's you override that default. Ultimately sales users will no longer see the plethora of products that certain customers do not order, resulting in a more efficient experience when using OrderEZ.

To enable this setting, head over to Users under Supplier Settings, and hit the Order hidden products toggle in Roles & Permissions.

B2B Order Portal Access & Order Notifications

You asked, and we listened. While access to a B2B portal is a feature many love and utilize every day, others want control over who can access their product catalog and order from them at any time.

Now we have the option to turn off access to the B2B ordering portal and order notifications.

To locate this feature, head over to Sales Settings in the Supplier Settings.

If you want to invite a user to still access your catalog and have the ability to order, have no fear, you can send solely that customer an invite via the button in the Outlets tab.

If you are using our Xero integration, you'll love this one! The Xero invoice number now appears by default via the orders tab. You also are able to filter an order by the invoice # via the top left field in the filters.

A win for our US customers! We now support both DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY as date formats. To make this change, scroll to the bottom of Supplier Info in your Supplier Settings.
