To access user management, head to the Users tab of Group Settings.
User Roles
Admin
The admin user has access to everything. They have access to all locations, can set up other users, create orders and approve them, manage integrations, and set purchasing limits.

Receive Order Notifications
Does this user want to receive notifications on all orders?
Receive system emails
Does this user want to receive system emails besides order notifications, for example, order approvals
Receive price change notifications
Does this user want to be included in emails notifying you of any price change?
Pro Tip: The below roles can be assigned to one, multiple, or all locations.
Manager
The manager can manage multiple venues, and set up other orderers and receivers users. This role is also able to manage supplier info, products, and assign product groups. The manager user role can also be subject to purchasing limits, and there is a permission on whether or not the user can approve orders.

The receiver can only confirm or dispute received orders, and upload the accompanying invoice.

Finance
The finance role has similar authority to a manger, and can also manage and assign product groups, but cannot approve any orders.

Inviting Team Members
To invite new team members, start at the users tab and click + Add New User
In the pop up, enter the user's name, email, and phone number, and select the user role.
If the user's orders, are subject to approval, enter the purchasing limit. If all orders should be approved, simply enter $1.
Depending on the role, select the locations that the user should have access to.
And lastly, select the appropriate permissions pertaining to the user.
Click save changes, and viola! The user will receive an email to set up their account and password.
