Whether it's categorizing your products into different groups for reporting & data analysis, controlling price change notification percentages to stay on top of those ever-changing prices, or ensuring your product catalog pricing is updated by your most recent orders - our product settings simplify how you mange your product lists and settings.

Managing Product Settings

You can manage product settings within certain suppliers, but we recommend you start from the All Products tab under the Suppliers page for more flexibility.

Here you can set product settings (en masse) such as the product group, what % in price change should trigger a notification, and the option to set the price as per the last processed invoice.

Say for example you wanted to group all your natural wine from different suppliers into one product group, and apply similar notification settings across the group.

You can filter your products to wine, and select the natural wine products. Click on update products to open up the product settings.

Here you can set the product group, notification of price change %, visibility, and for the price to always update based on the most recent purchase price - all en masse.

Click Update Products - and you're set.

Group View Catalog Management

If you're managing a group of outlets within one organization or just different cost centers, the Group View will allow you to make additions, edits, removals, hide or make visible products and suppliers.
