Receiving and Completing an Order - Web

Start by locating your order on the Orders tab, in the History sub-tab - and click on it.

You'll want to compare to order subtotal here to the invoice you received from your supplier.

Click Complete Order and a dialogue will pop up asking you if your invoice matches the order.

This is where you'll want to upload the invoices, compare the two numbers, and answer the Does the invoice match the order? question.

If the subtotals are the same - click Yes.

If the subtotals differ - click No.

By selecting no - that will send the invoice to processing to ensure the order (and what is sent to your accounts team) is exactly what you received.

Viola - your job is done!
