Regular Orders and Standing Orders.
The system supports both regular orders where you can choose a delivery date and standing orders where you choose the date on which the order repeats.
Regular order with a delivery date of 4 September, lets the supplier know you want delivery on that date.
Standing order with a date of 4 September and a 7 day repeat, means it will send the order to your supplier on the 4th, the 11th, the 18th, etc. until you choose to stop it.
Product Details and Deals
Click into any product and you'll see the supplier provided details about that product ranging from product price, to volume based discounts (Price Tiers), or Trade Deals (Buy X, Get Y for Z).

Leave the Purchase Limit number blank and there will be no limit, input a $0 and ALL orders will need approval, any other number is up to but not including ($500 input means you can order $499).
