B2B Portal Overhaul
We completely overhauled the B2B portal! Custom(ish) domains can be requested, customizable log-in pages, mobile optimized for buyers, interconnected with sending quotations, catalogs, and more! Read all about it here.
Customer Email Notification Controls
Don't need to send email notifications of actions in OrderEZ, you can now turn it on or off on the customer level. You can update it in the Customer - Contact Details or turn it off for all customers at the Supplier Settings - Sales Settings.
In Stock Filter
From the Products Page, we've added a tickbox filter option to see ONLY products that are in stock.
Accounting Export Status Indicator
Sometimes something goes wrong with the export to Xero or Quickbooks. Previously you had to look into each order to see if there was an issue, so we added a cloud indicator to the Order History Page.
Red = Error -> could be that you've already approved the draft in Xero and you're trying to make changes or a Product in the Order isn't mapped in QBO.
Click on the Red Cloud to try and re-export.
Green = Completed -> all good
CRM Updates
Account Visit Pictures and Geotagging
Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words. You can now have your sales reps take pictures during account visits, and they'll be logged and geotagged in the CRM Team Activity Logs.
Additional Option for Activity
We've added "Survey" as an Activity Type.
To Dos and Team Activity For Pending Accounts
You can now add a To do or Team Activity for anyone, Targets, or Customers.
Archive Products
Have a product that you're not carrying any longer? A vintage that will never return? You can now Archive the Product. We'll keep the history forever and if you need to bring it back later...you can.
Product Page Search
Search will now also return Product Groups in addition to Products.
Expanded Product Category Options
We've had Product Categories and Sub Categories since day one, but before now you had to choose a Sub Category, but no more. Want to assign "Wine" instead of "Wine - Sparkling"? You can now.
Order History Exports
We know the Order History exports are used by many of you to feed into route optimization software or for sending to 3rd party logistics providers, our CSV export now includes Delivery Instructions, Operating Hours, and Days for customers.
