First, let's head over to the Group Settings on the top right corner of the page.
Group Info
Here, you can change your Outlet group name and logo. This information is shared on all of your purchase orders.
Outlets
You can add new Outlets here, or make changes to the Outlet info of existing Outlets.
Click into an existing Outlet to make changes like setting the primary contact for the outlet, delivery address and billing address (if different).
The primary contact selected here can be seen when your Suppliers click on "Outlet Info" in an order. Some people put the general manager, chef, or bar manager, others use a generic email address (eg info@....com or ordering@....com).
Before you can find the primary contact in the list, you need to set them up as a user. Click here to learn more about setting up users.
