TL;DR

Setting Product Category Pricing

Category pricing for individual products can now be set up on the front end!

Simply click into a product, and head over to the new Pricing tab.

Here you will find the category pricing (and the new trade deals, more on that below!) section - where you can adjust the price for this product for any category.

You can adjust any existing category prices that have been set up, add new category pricing, or remove any pricing.

Remember to hit save changes, and that prices can always be set up en-masse via a CSV upload.

For more information, see our full article and video on how to set up customer categories and customer category pricing here.

Trade Deals

Are you offering any special deals along the lines of Buy 5 Get 1 Free? We can now support this with our Trade Deals feature!

Simply follow the steps above to get to the pricing page, and right under customer categories you will see the new trade deals section.

For full instructions on setting up trade deals, visit our Trade Deals help center article here.

Adding the Same Product to an Order Twice

With our new trade deals feature, we've built in support for having the same product in an order multiple times at different prices.

When entering an order, any trade deals will automatically create the second product at the deal price.

You can also manually add an additional iteration of the product by selecting on a product, followed by clicking on the arrow next to selected.

New Inventory Export

Looking for an export of all of your inventory and corresponding batches in a specific warehouse, or on a specific day in the past? Our new Inventory Export now lets you achieve that!

Set the filters as needed on the Products page - and click on the Import/Export button to access the new document.

New CRM Export - All Account Columns

Previously, within the CRM we allowed for an export of the Ordering accounts column. We've now changed this export to encompass all five pipelines within the CRM. Give it a try today!

In the background we've also patched a lot of fixes and have been working on improving system speed and stability, as well as issues with CSV uploads, integrations, and our internal PDF documents.

Over the next few months we'll be deploying updates targeting mobile application improvements, releasing our CRM 2.0 with a ton of new features, as well as re-designing and improving our B2B ordering portals.

If you need any help setting up any of the new features, or have any feedback or questions, please drop a note to your account manager, or via the blue icon in the bottom right hand side!

Cheers! 🍻
