tl;dr - What does it mean to "edit an order"? You can:

Premium Outlets placing an order from a Freemium Supplier can also add or edit the delivery fee.

Your Supplier will receive an email notification informing them of the change.


Were you ever caught in an "Oops! Fat fingers!" kind of situation, accidentally placing an order for 3 cartons of beer instead of 4? Or submit an order too early, only to realise later that you forgot to add a product? We added this feature to correct those ooopsie moments.

On your laptop

Changing the quantity of a product

To do so, click on the "Orders" tab and open the order you want to edit. Click on "Manage Order" and "Edit" to open the order in edit mode.

Hover over the line item that you want to edit and the pencil icon will appear. Click on the pencil icon. You can edit the order quantity and add a note to the order. In this case, I am increasing the order quantity to 2. Once you are done, click on "Save Changes".

The order will be updated with the new quantity. The change and attached notes will also be reflected in the "History" tab of the order, as well as the user who edited the order and the time of the change.

Your Supplier will also receive a notification of this change.

Add more products to the order

To add more products, open the order in edit mode, then click on "Add Product". Select the products to add and enter the quantity. Once you are ready, click on "Add Products". When you are all set, click on "Save Changes".

The product will be added to the order. The change will also be reflected in the "History" tab. Your Supplier will also receive an email notification informing them of the change.

Remove Product from the order

To remove a product from the order, open the order in edit mode. Hover over the line item to remove and click on the delete icon. Then, click on "Save Changes".

The product will be removed from the order. The change will also be reflected in the "History" tab.


Pro-tip: You can only remove products from the order when the status is still "Pending".


For orders to Freemium Supplier - Add/Edit/Remove Delivery Fee

To add the delivery fee, open the order in edit mode and click on "Add Delivery Fee".

To edit or remove the delivery fee, open the order in edit mode and hover over the delivery fee line. Click on the pencil icon.

Once ready, click on "Save Changes". Your Supplier will receive an email notification informing them of the change.

Editing a completed order

In addition to editing the quantity of products and adding new products to the order, you can also edit the delivery date of a completed order.

On OrderEZ mobile app

1. Click on the "Orders" tab at the bottom of the app, then click on the order you want to edit to open it

2. Click on the ellipsis button at the top right corner of the app, then select "Edit Order Details" to open the order in edit mode.

3. Similar to OrderEZ web version, you can:

(A) Add products to the order

(B) Edit the quantity and product price

(C) Edit the delivery fee (for Freemium Supplier only)

4. In this example, I am changing the quantity for AFR Cheese-Comte Extra to 1. Also, I've added a delivery fee of $15. Once ready, click on "Save Changes".

5. After you have made all the necessary changes to the order, click on "Save Changes".

6. The Supplier will receive an email notification informing them of the change. The changes will also be reflected in the "History" tab.
